Another UPS rant

My package is sitting about 10 miles from my house. It was brought there at around 2:00am. But because they said the estimated delivery date is on Monday, they are holding it there until Monday!! I called and they said I can't pick it up today because they are closed. GRRRRRRR!!!! I want my package.

If today was a Wednesday and your estimated delivery date was Thursday or Friday, I'd be with you. But today is Saturday, don't you have to pay extra for Saturday delivery?

I don't think UPS holds packages until the estimated delivery date, I've had them delivered early before.

Exactly. Unless the shipper paid for Saturday delivery, you shouldn't get it today. A very limited number of drivers work on Saturdays, and it costs like $10 to get it delivered on Saturday.
