I have a 2100U scanner for like 3 to 4 months. It was working pretty good before and one day, when I decide to reinstall the windows98 second edition again, the scanner suddenly won't work for me anymore. well, it might work once awhile but most of time, it just gives me an error code of "00000000h" or when I do the scanner testing, it says, "link fail something." I am not sure what's wrong but I know the scanner does work in the windows98 and 2000 once awhile. anyone help?
