Another TrueImage question

I went to clone my hard drive onto my new SATA drive but the partitions were enlarged. On the old drive the windows partition was roughly 17 gigs and the program wants to make it 20 something and the logical drive partition was 100 gigs and now the program wants to make it over 200. How do I keep my original partition sizes with TrueImage or will it not harm anything by letting the prog do what it wants?
