Sounds like a victim to me. Those cops just like fvcking with inncocent and ouststanding drivers. I mean, why should a cop pull someone over at 1:30 am driving without any tags on the car?

You said you handed him your registration. How do you have registration without tags?

So if a cop is pacing you, he is going the same speed, so radar will not accurately work because the car in front is not moving in relation to the cop car. Only if the driver speeds away or slows down would the radar pick it up accurately. I've seen police "pace" some one and the radar will jump from 25-73 when the person is only doing 40 (actually saw this on the radar, as I was in the passenger seat).

Stop talking out of your ass. Your statement might be true if there were no other objects besides the two vehicles, but the radar strikes other objects besides the car... the road, street signs, anything and everything, and the unit calculates the speed of the vehicle in relation to other objects, as well as the speed of the squad car. You can get somebody's speed just fine if you were doing the exact same speed while trailing them.

This dosn't seem right. It would only take a little ways to determine how fast someone was going by pacing. Never been pulled over for speeding though so I have no idea on pacing rules.

If you weren't "elite" already, you'd deserve "ownage champion of 2004"

I think the inability to recognize the difference from the number 6 and number 7 explains a lot of the speeding tickets.

I think that he started mouthing off to the cop, and got his head caved in with a night stick.....hence he can't remember #7.
