No doubt, same here. I guess the only possible harm is a 15yr old going from virginity to nailing a very hot woman, he's gonna fall in love with her big time and if she were to break it off in sudden fashion he might wind up hurting himself (as in suicide) thinking "OMG, the world is over!" lacking the wisdom that there will be other girls/women in his life as time goes on..

Well technically (and I agree as far as this goes) someone part of the same school a student goes to much like companies that disallow it, should not be having sexual relations.

As far as an 18 year old goes, they should be able to have sex with anyone else from the age of consent up.

Our sexual laws have been out of whack with the times for decades and this stuff didn't just start happening.

What happens now is these stories go viral and their are pictures and video proof to go with them. It becomes a witch hunt when in the past things were done behind closed doors and society as a whole was none the wiser. In college, I knew two different people (one a male and one a female) that were sleeping with faculty. Neither had them as a teacher though, they both actually met them off campus and began dating them. In college towns, most are either student or faculty you run into if you are going to a huge university.

The sad part is many of these things have them labelled sex offenders for life. A friend of a friend is a sexual offender and ended up marrying the girl he was with. He was 18 and she was 15 when her parents pressed charged to punish their daughter. They had been dating for a couple years at that point. AFAIK they are still married...they were in one of those loving/touchy-feely relationships and met at church (which isn't a bad thing, don't get me wrong...it just sets a stage for a couple to be content with what they have).

I know a few other guys and girls that got this label for doing what most of us have done.
