i was thinking of 939 but i really love the DFI mobo. the selection isnt that great for the time being. also, this would be used for a backup system so highest performance isnt absolutely necessary
 
looks good to me. there is some infineon memory on sale over in Hot deals for the same price as the Corsair, and probably better. the powere supply is a lot. I don't think the audio on the creative is that much better than the onboard audio.

isnt the Audigy 2 value just an audigy 2 thats just packaged differently?

as for the PSU, i know its overkill but its the cheapest sleeved PSU, too lazy to sleeve it myself 😛
 
It looks like a pretty decent mid-high range rig. I myself would get something similiar except a FX 55 an a nForce4 when both are good priced.

where's the memory? i dind't see any
