You . . . may . . . have noticed that OT is now OT Discussion Club. We on the mod staff had no real hand in this brilliant and decisive move, but what of that? I, for one, accept our new(er) Corporate Overlords.
Anyway, given the new found and newly imposed gravitas of OT Discussion Club, which reminds me of nothing more than lipstick applied to a pig, I present to you, my fellow Tea Time Discussion Club members, the following news, considered far too deep and consequential for that slime pit of rude behavior, P&N . . . parents shelling out cold hard cash (thanks President Trump, for your tax cut that went disproportionately to the 1%) for professional coaches for their idiot and entitled spawn who play Fortnite.
If there was ever a sign of the coming Apocalypse, this is it. To paraphrase Pogo paraphrasing Wellington at Waterloo, "We have met the zombies of the Apocalypse, and they are us!"

The latest trend is parents hiring professional coaches for their kids to help them win at the 100-player free-for-all video game Fortnite. Contracting sites like Sensei and Bidvine — the latter of which said it hired out over 1,400 Fornite coaches — will outfit kids with professional tips to anywhere from $20 per hour to $50 and higher. It’s really encouraging to know that the young gamers are getting professional coaching, as a guy who’s played some Fortnite and was terrible at it, I wondered how those teens were hurling vicious and especially wounding slurs at such a professional level.
