Weed certainly does not help your reaction times. Meth does, as do all amphetamines, but definitely not weed.

The teeth thing is a myth I reckon - it's just that addicts don't brush their teeth, it's got little or nothing to do with the drug. Although it does taste like candyfloss, which does rot your teeth...

You could probably get a doctor's note explaining your condition and need for whatever legal stimulant you are being prescribed. Hell, you could sue them if they refused to admit you with a note.

The typical depiction of a stoner isn't necessarily the only reaction. The majority of the times I get high, I become very focused on whatever activity I engage in.

From personal experience, MJ has a slight worsening effect on your reaction time, but you become "one with the game", and are capable of feats you otherwise wouldnt be. You notice every little thing even more.
