It's not like the Israeli's or Palestinians follow the Oslo peace accord.

Anyway, if you think this is ammo to crap on Clinton, wait until Bush is out of office and see the effects of Bush's "diplomacy" in about 5 years or so. Whats that saying? "You reap what you sow."

They said the same thing about Ronald Regan when he was in office: the light of history is shining rather favorable upon him more now that it ever did while he was in office.

Yeah well, that Bush doesn't seem to care that very much about nature, in any percievableway, is my biggest problem with him.
How'd it go..
"As we promote electricity and renewable energy, we will work to make our air cleaner. With the help of Congress, environmental groups and industry, we will require all power plants to meet air standards in order to reduce emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, mercury, and carbon dioxide within a reasonable amount of time."
--Candidate George W. Bush, Sept. 29, 2000

"I do not believe...that the government should impose on power plants mandatory emissions for carbon dioxide."
--President George W. Bush, March 13, 2001

OMG! NOT CARBON DIOXIDE!
Last I checked plants LOVED carbon dioxide.
Then again maybe he finally read enough studies that say that global warming is BS?

What for creating the biggest deficit in history by his insatiable military spending? Only now to be surpassed by Bush Jr? Don't tell me you believe the BS that Reagan somehow was responsible for the implosion of the Soviet Union.

Clinton will be remembered for residing over a presidency of unsurpassed prosperity, progressive enviromental policies, international support, and actually having a surplus, which was all squandered by this administration. Only thing Republicans will remember Clinton by is his relationship with Monica and ignore everything else.

..I'm not even going to go there. Suffice to say, you are a short-sighted dimwit with all the grasp of biology and ecology and climatology of a maypole.
You CANNOT find more studies saying global warming isn't an issue than the reversed. In fact, the vast majority of scientists and people related to this field predict the average temperature of the globe to increase 2 - 7 degrees in the coming 100 years. That's more than ever so far this inter-glacial period, which btw is freakish because it doesn't follow the pattern of the previous two, but anyway, and if you think this isn't a problem, curse me for going here

lol, ignorance is bliss i guess.

Even Bush's "independent" studies concluded that global warming is in fact VERY real and climate change will result in ecological disaster.

Not to mention every independent research study around the world came to the conclusion about 10 years earlier. But we all cant be so in touch with reality as you are can we?

Can either of you provide a cite and source by any organization that does not contain the words "green" or "Republicans are evil" in their name?

If ignorance is bliss then you must be very happy. Go do some research and then tell me how many independent studies concluded it exists and how many concluded that its a funny joke.

Actually I have read many of them and the most recent ones contradict you.

If you do a google search, I'm sure you will find it.

If Bozo gives no source, Bozo gets no source.

Did the incredible accomplishments of the military in the first Gulf War and the current Iraq War make any impression on you whatsoever? Guess what? If it weren't for Reagan, Bush Sr. and Bush Jr., those victories would not have been nearly as swift. After both Carter and Clinton, the military needed serious funding to recover, and it's still starved for equipment with the average age of aircraft greater than the average age of the people in the service.

Clinton will be remembered as the second President impeached and for making a mockery of the judicial system as well as his own law career. Democrats seem to forget that the only reason the budget was ever balanced was because the Republicans shut down the government to force it.

Mockery of the juidicial system... is what I call the republican lead campaign to smear Clinton's name. Clinton got a hummer or two, he denied it and all of the sudden theres a impeachment process calling for his removal. Hes a criminal! Traiter! A threat to national security!

Not to mention most of his harshest critics had extra marridal affairs of their own. The whole world had a good laugh over this ordeal, not because he cheated on his wife, but the fact we made it such a big deal. A mockery of the American system courtesy of Republicans who couldnt stand to see a popular Democrat President in office.

I respect Reagan actually, he had his flaws like everyone else including the handling of the Iran contra situation. Not that Clinton was flawless either but everyone is just scraping the barrel to criticize him and ignore all the positive things hes done for our country.

Jimbo, I cannot beleive that in this day and age you can honestly beleive that Global Warming doesn't exist! Here is some proof from an unbiased source, the EPA. But then again, they are probably anti-Bush left wing cronies as well.

To quote your hero: Don't "misunderestimated" the effects of Global Warming

I was thinking it but wasn't going to post it ;):p

:D

CkG

Surely you guys looked at the title before you clicked on it. That's what makes your "tree hugging" comments so confusing.

"Another Reason To Spit On Clinton?"

Spit on Clinton? I wonder what would have happened if I started a thread with the title, "Another reason to spit on Bush?" The replies would have been a lot less civil than the replies here.

This from the same group that calls people babies and whiners because they don't believe the current president is legitimate. If you can't get over it that Clinton was in office years ago, it's silly to expect people to not have a problem with the sitting president.

Apparently for it to not be a tree hugger thread, everyone should have come in and agreed that Clinton is the anti-christ.
