no child of mine would be walking home by themselves 7pm or not. and things like this are exactly why. too many sick and twisted fvcks in the world.
 
All rapists should be neutered then left in a jail cell with ONE BIG dude that "swings both ways." Then let nature takes its course.

thats exactly what will happen if this guy is caught. people who molest/hurt children become targets in prison.

My fiancee goes home to her parents about once a week and she has to walk from the subway by herself at night (7-8pm)... can't help but worry each time. Pepper spray isn't even legal to buy (or get shipped) here. :|

Where do you live where you cant use pepper spray? I thought that was pretty much univerally legal in the US?

Richmond is close enough to Oakland, Berkeley, and El Cerritos, where all the crap in the Bay area is located. Oh, and by the way, the Oakland and Berkeley Police stations are always under fire for racism, and our crime rate increases every year. It's definitely NOT safe to go out at 7, esp when right now, it gets dark here pretty quickly.
