Another RAID question

I know you can only do 1 operation at a time, one read or one write, but if you try another? does it at least warn or stop you beforehand? or could you crash the array that way? OR does it like queue them up? and run them in order? I really havent done this before and am curious

mine will do a simutaneous read and write, but not multiple writes.

if i try to do a second an err pops up, i wish it would queue.
