Another productive day at work

Got into work, checked my mail, checked all my forums... Just got back from a trip to grab some breakfast buritos and now I'm figuring out what to do for lunch.

Ah, I love the off-season for an accounting firm.

So, where do you guys think I should go to lunch? Don't even need a specific restaurant, just foods.

Thai? Chinese? Generic mall foodcourt steak sandwich?

I'm having a bland microwave dinner. It sucks.

Depending on what it is, having a jar of speghetti/tomato sauce in the fridge to supplement it while seasoning with hotsauce/tabasco can make a lot of things better.

thai or japanese stir fry.

i had a mediocre sub with lots of meat. it was a little bland, but okay.

I could only dream of having a fridge here at work. I have to stuff everything I bring in a soft sided cooler with an icepack.
It isn't that all microwave dinners are bland, it just happens to be the ones I bought were. 🙁

Do you have a cube? Somewhere you can hide one of those smaller 6pack fridges?

No cube thankfuly. I had considered buying a small fridge for work, just have been too broke/spending money on things that needed it to buy one. Maybe I should make an office effort to get one.

Tomorrow I'm going to have a 1lb burger from Fuddruckers for lunch.

How can people eat such large, heavy meals during lunch? Don't get me wrong, I love to eat, but I couldn't imagine having 1lb of ground-beef stirring in my stomach for the rest of the day in the office...I actually avoid all fried foods during lunch...If I'm gonna be a "fatty mc-fat-fat" I'm gonna do it in the comfort of my own home.

I normally go for a 6-inch sub (from a varitey of places), a teriyaki chicken rice bowl, or those giant chicken salads from Costco.

taco bell sounds so tasty, although i had Applebee's Grilled Chicken Walnut Apple salad. very good, not very healthy 🙂
