Another Prime95 Failed Thread

Im relatively new to overlocking but heres what i have..

P4 2.6 on an Epox 4PCA3+ and using OCZ PC 4200 Dual channel kit (Cas 2.5 & 7/4/4)

I can hit 225 FSB on 1:1 leaving me with a 900 FSB and DDR 450 and it runs stable with Prime95 for 12 hours straight. However when i try for 235 FSB on 1:1 its fails after 6 hours, and if i go for my goal, 250 FSB 1:1 it fails after 2 minutes even though it will boot into windows and i can even play Americas Army without it crashing. Heres my voltages and temp read outs according to MBM5 running at 225 1:1

Temperature Readout[1] : 31
Temperature Readout[2] : 42
Voltage Readout[1] : 1.488
Voltage Readout[2] : 1.52
Voltage Readout[3] : 2.848
Voltage Readout[4] : 4.91904
Voltage Readout[5] : 11.7344
Voltage Readout[6] : -12.4368
Voltage Readout[7] : -5.04128
Fan Readout[1] : 2700
Fan Readout[2] : 2445
Fan Readout[3] : 1795

This is while its relatively idle, just running a couple of internet explorer windows, florida weather so its a little warmer then most, i use a Zalman 7000 cu heatsink and cooler at full fan speed (Using Arctic Silver 5). I've tried upping the Vdimm to 2.9 and the vcore as high as 1.7 but i dare not go any higher even though the Epox seems to undervolt a little according to those readouts. That 12 volt read out seems a little low to me or is that normal? I figure it either has to be the power supply or my processor just cant handle it i dont know which, i've already tried relaxing memory timings to Cas 3 8/4/4 but it still fails after 2 mins at 250 FSB 1:1. Any comments or ideas? I have a new 480 Watt Enermax on the way from newegg to rule that possibility out but just wanted to make sure i wasnt doing anything wrong so far.

my computer was a 2.6c @ 3.2ghz using a 246fsb before i found out about prime95. even thought it was stable for days for me, i felt that prime95 had to be stable for me to have a stable overclock, but nothing ever failed or crashed on my machine when it was at 3.2ghz, but everytime i overclock it more, or mess with it, that stupid prime95 is in the back of mind saying: " your not stabe until you pass my test! bahahaahahahah! "

sometimes i think " well, if i play games all day, and it doesnt crash, and if no applications crash, i feel im stable. "

but finding out of prime95 made me all weird, now i cant oc without testing with it.

id rather be at 3.2ghz then 3.0ghz, stupid prime95.
