I heard tell last week's Saturday Night Live ("SNL" for you attention deficit toddlers who won't take time to fully enumerate that show's name) parody of the first presidential debate was a riot. I missed it and only caught a few clips! Looked funny as hell, though! Anyone know if SNL tonight might give us another taste? :D

dood, english please. What the @#$% language is that? Toddler speak? and yes I know dood isn't english either, I'm trying to use language you might understand. And no I'm not trying to flame you, well at least not more than you did by calling people attention deficit toddlers.

Another thing, how the @#$% would we know what will be on? It's a live show. Unless we were a cast member we wouldn't know now would we? Also if one was a cast member they still wouldn't tell you now would they?

element,

My, my aren't we just a wee bit testy tonight? As for the phrase "attention deficit toddlers", it was a *joke*. It simply amuses me that a show once proudly called "Saturday Night Live" had to be remarketed as "SNL" to this generation. You apparently lack a sense of humor. This might actually explain your presence in this thread (deep down you're secretly trying to find your lighter self!).

And, dooooood, it was a valid question. From what others tell me various SNL writers have been interviewed this past week in light of the debate parody's success last week. Thus, there's potential for someone here at AT to have heard a writer make a statement affirming more parodies perhaps even tonight! I don?t watch SNL regularly so I just wanted to know if I should tune-in tonight.

KidViciou,

I didn't see the first skit so anything that appears tonight will be fresh to me at least! ;)

Well they just had a semi-funny cartoon spoof of several presidents and their offspring. Not too bad but I'm lookin' fer the real deal. :)

I watched the "real" debate and the SNL version. SNL did a pretty good job at "spoofology".

Nick Burns, he's our man...
If he can't fix it, nobody can!
