Another Power Supply Question

I am trying to pick out new graphics card either a 6800 gs agp or an x850xt agp. I currently have a Antec 350 watt power supply with 16 amps on the 12 volt rail will that be enough to power either one of these cards. I plan on upgrading the power supply but cant afford to do both at the same time. Will my power suppply be enough?

It will be fine. (assuming you don't have 15 SCSI HD's in there too)

I have a 350w Enermax 365VE with 17 amps and was wondering the same thing. My power consumption calculation comes out to 294W.
