I think those things are Banned in Ontario for reasons such as this...

maybe not yet... not sure, but I know they are/were working on it.

I hope they at least put down the offending dog.

Makes me want to carry a gun around when I'm out walking with my dog and my son. Any dog comes running up to us acting aggressive and boom! Bye bye doggie.

It won't be long before the Western provinces join in, so I hear. Windsor has their bylaws in place, they were the first and it is being adopted by municipalities all across the province.
