I've already got other necessary parts so no need for them.
But, I still got couple of questions...

Will the OCZ PSU be compatible with the DFI board?... Does DFI require 24pin?.. does that PSU come with 24pin?...
and how picky is the DFI board on rams?.. i have an 2 year old decent ddr400 rams im planning to use..... any issues?.. im not sure of the brand of the ram.. but 2x 512mb..

Looks good... As long as that PSU is 24 pin you should be fine. That DFI board is picky, so make sure. DFI recommends a 480W PSU, but that one should be fine unless you have 8 hardrives or something...

BTW - what RAM are you using?

That should be fine. Notice that it's ATX 2.0 so it should have 24pin and 2 12V rails. Good PSU.

i have pc3200 samsung ram.. that's 2 years old.. im not quite sure the brand.... i kno dfi is picky about rams.. but i just hope my ram works on it..
