Another Photoshop question!

I have a custom color. I basically have a gif that has a unique color in it. I used the <Edit > <Define Pattern> and the did a <Edit><Fill> to use it in my new file. Now, is there a way to define this new color so I can just select it from the <Color Picker> later? Thanks...

Make sure that color is selected in the tool bar, then just move the mouse over to a "blank" part of the color swatch. The mouse will turn into a paint bucket then left click, name the new color if you want, and click "ok." I guess the page w/this info fell out of yer photoshop manual?
