What are you planning on using the computer for?

Gaming, Work, School, Editing (Light), Daily Tasks (Google Chrome). Mainly basic stuff, but I will need to store a good amount of work documents on it. @MagnusTheBrewer

Looks good enough for me, but have you considered Coffee Lake?

Are you interested in overclocking? I ask because you have an Intel K processor and aftermarket cooler, but Intel's B250 chipset won't let you do it. The K is still a good processor, with integrated video and higher clocks.
