Summary: Identical twins have sex with the same woman within hours of each other (they say that they didn't know about each other's actions). A child is conceived and born, and neither will pay child support. DNA results from paternity tests are inconclusive, because of the genetic similarities between the identical twins. They're in court fighting now.

"I want to go to the Supreme Court," Raymon told ABC News. "If they can't prove it's me then they should throw it out of court." And as for the child support, he said, "The state should eat it."

So, every other working person who was not stupid enough to get involved with a skank should support the kid???

hahaha.

If they cant prove its his he sure as hell shouldnt have to pay. A man should a say in whether he wants to be a part of a kids life rather than it being dictated by some woman who can chose whether or not to have an abortion.

I agree with everything you say. Absolutely!!!

And had he said ... as for child support, her THE MOTHER foot the bill, i would have applauded him. But, it was not the state, nor the taxpayers that crawled into bed with her and it should not be the state or the taxpayers who should get stuck footing the bill.

As a side note... I agree that the current system is totally unfair to men. If he wants to keep and she doesnt, he is SOL. And if he doesnt want it but she does... he is stuck paying for at least 18 years. Not fair, I agree.

Wow, that's a great loophole. I need a clone.

Hmm, since she and they admit that this happened, and since the DNA testing apparently can't differentiate between them, (although presumably it says one (or both of them with the nearly identical DNA) is the father, hit them both equally for the child support...as long as the DNA tests don't indicate NEITHER of them is the father, this may be the only way to solve the problem...

Look at those idiots...they're both redneck trash. Make them both pay half.

I feel sad for the little girl, who is the same age as my daughter, but doesn't know who her father is. And I'd imagine that one of them probably knows whether he's really the one or not, and just won't man up about it.

Does "guilty enough" count these days? This is an interesting one indeed.

Wow, now this is interesting! :Q Same DNA, inconclusive results.

First, she's a whore for sleeping with both of them.
Second, the guys are absolute trash for knowingly sharing a woman between them. I mean...ewww! :p
Third, I agree that they should both pay half.

On a related note: I'm no doctor (but I stayed at a Holiday Inn last night), but doesn't it "reason out" that if Brother 1 slept with her at 8:00AM and Brother 2 slept with her at 4:00PM, wouldn't #1's sperm be much closer to the eggs then #2's? I mean, the little swimmers do just that...

But then again if she was sleeping with both of them for a period of time, who knows when exactly she got pregnant and who she slept with that day.

"similarities"? They should be IDENTICAL. If they were the only two paternity candidates, I'm surprised they even bothered with the test.

I guess they wanted to make sure there was no third candidate sleeping with her.

Well most Americans don't even believe in DNA, because it's not in the Bible.

Neither should have to pay. If it can't be proven conclusively their either one is the father (which is impossible because of the situation) - like another poster said....guilty enough or probably guilty doesnt count. If you couldnt convict sonmeone of a crime given the same situation, the same standards should apply here. The twins arent at fault here - she chose to sleep with both of them, and she caused the impossible situation.

They can't be held responsible for the other's actions, but she was party to both sexifications. :p

I have a feeling that they DONT know. You realize that you have no control over whether your sperm gets inside the egg to fertilize or not. Who was first doesn't matter, who wants the kid less doesn't matter.

You simply cant force either man to pay child support without 100% proof that the child is his. And the state doesn't pay it either. She's SOL because she'll have no way to prove that a certain person is the father.
