Another P/S Problem?

I've got an Antec Trueblue 480. Within the last few days, when I turn in on, it will lock up or reset after about 10 seconds. If it restarts or I hit reset, it runs fine from there on. I stress the system on a regular basis and never have any other problems. Should I be looking for my receipt to see if it's still under the 3 year warranty? I don't have any meters to test the rails.
