Took a tumble on the slops yesterday, didn't even know my mini was gone until i got down the run. I guess I should've checked why the music stopped.

anyway, thinking about a new shuffle, 1 gig. this will strictly be for snowboarding.

can anyone else suggest a small mp3 player with a long battery life, very long.

thanks

the shuffle is awesome for sporty activities.. Plus, it's less than $100 bucks - a no brainer, really

Don't get a nano because if you're using it snowboarding you'll only end up breaking it.

I'm surprised the mini lasted you because of the rediculously lousy Microdrives they put in those things.
