Looks like it's just a (poorly) skinned safari... But adds:
tabs
multiple touch gestures (CUSTOMIZABLE)
fullscreen
porn mode
rotation lock
ad blocking
customizable settings out the wazzoo

Only con besides the ugly is that it closes on exit (unlike Safari) so you have to reload the page if you leave the app. But that will be fixed in 4.0

I'm using Mercury Browser myself if I need more space. Fullscreen is nice 🙂 Don't know how to link to it - just search iTunes Store for Mercury Browser 😛

EDIT: So I tried the Atomic Web Browser and it rocks! Fullscreen is amazing plus two finger swipe for tab change 😀 My new favorite! Default browser for sure. And it's like $0.99 😀

EDIT2: The only thing that bugs me is the black border around the icon on my dock... can it be changed somehow?

Very nice! I like it even better than icab, the tab switching is far superior. This really knocks the pants off safari.
