After reading a couple of other threads and looking at reviews, I think I've settled on the Noctua L9a to replace the stock heatsink on my AMD A10-7870k(95W TDP). Are there any options I've missed?

My stringent criteria:
  • Quieter than stock (at least at idle)
  • Cools better than stock
  • 70mm height limit
I've got the system in a Silverstone ML03 HTPC case with one SSD, two HDDs, one optical drive, and a GTX 1050Ti.
