Another llano laptop question - Dual hard drive bays?

Hi everyone. I posted a thread a few days ago asking about a 13.3" or smaller llano laptop. As the consensus was that even at 14", the llano offerings were underwhelming, I have been asking myself a lot of questions.

While 13.3" is a perfect size to travel (in fact, the largest than fits comfortably on a plane's coach tray) I realize that I am barely flying enough to justify the smaller size. I still take the laptop with me to a lot of places, but where size is crucial, like the plane, not really. My work laptop is in fact a 15.6" with a monster 150W adapter, and weight is not an issue when I take it everywhere.

I realize 15.6" is the sweet spot for size / performance / price, so I might end getting a 15.6 machine. In fact, for even more irony, when I had my previous laptop (emachines M6805, 15.4") I was flying much more, and it was doable. My current dv4-2040us (14.1") has seen much less plane action.

Back into topic, if getting a 15.6", features must justify the size, and one of such features is dual hard drive capable. So, of the current crop of llano machines, is there one at 15.6" that has dual hard drive bays?

Thanks

Alex

Keep in mind that almost any laptop with a somewhat standard ODD can have the ODD removed and replaced with an HD caddy(can find them on ebay for relatively cheap). That's what I'm about to do on my laptop in my sig. Gonna get 60GB SSD for my OS and keep the 500gb 7200rpm for storage. Sacrificing the ODD is no big deal.

Ah, the ol' "I want a small, but big, laptop." As Bryf50 indicated, any laptop with an optical drive bay can house a second HDD. If you want both the ODD and the second HDD bay, things get a little trickier.

Hi guys. thanks for the replies. I am looking for a llano based laptop. The exoticpc machines are very nice, but out of the budget. And yes, I know I can mod the ODD bay into taking a second HDD, I was just asking if someone knew of any llano based lappy with native dual hard drive bays ;)

Thanks anyways
