Another license plate thread: 666-ONU

My dad went to the DMV to get new plates for a truck he had a while back, and they gave hima plate with 666-ONU on it. At one point, he took the truck to Pep-Boys to get some work done on the exhaust system, and the service guy refused to work on it after writing down the license plate number.

I'm surprised they allow 666, let alone 666 On You!

I get the PNS, but not the 469...69 makes sense in the position, but what's with the 4?

but I dont get the PNS so I have no idea if this makes sense.
