Does anyone know how I could find out the "pixel-response time" for an LCD monitor? Are there any tests that will tell you this information? Thanks!
 
I don't think there is a program that could test this.

You just have to go by the eye. Depends how many FPS you get and how bad is the ghosting.

If you are running a game at around 40fps and you have no ghosting then the responce time is good and is around 25ms.

If you see ghosting at like 35-40fps than its around 40+ms. NOT GOOD
