Another job search site besides Monster.com?

I would consider monster.com the leading vendor for job searching when it comes to IT. Is there another vendor you would consider #1, or at least second to monster.com?
 
I've been seeing that those sites have nothing but Manpower IT listings. I don't want to work for a consulting headhunting company. So I've been going to the websites of local companies in the area and trying to find jobs they have posted online. A LOT slower, but the quality of my results is far better. So far I've only applied to one company and haven't heard back, but I'm still getting geared up. I still have a cover letter to write, but my resume is done.

edit: I just got back from Dice.com, and OH MY GOODNESS!!! There are a ton of jobs out there that I hadn't seen before and are definitely not on Monster.com. Thanks DaVortex and Gothgar!
 
Many of the recomendations are good.

Check them all out and decide which ones seem best suited for you.
There is no reason that you can not use multiple sites.
