I need help to choose between antec truepower 430w/fortron blue storm 400w/fortron blue storm 500w.
My rig will be:
venice 3000
msi k8n neo4 plat
2x512 corsair vs
his x800xl
160gb

The blue storm 400w is the cheapest, then comes the 500w version and antec is the most expensive.
I`d go with the 400w version but will it be enough ?

Thanks

The 400 will be fine. Consider going higher if you want SLI, or want it to power a future dualcore system. If you want to OC then it a judgement call. Most people will say you are fine, I personally prefer spending a little more and being comfortable with it.

Go to Power Supply Calculator and see how much power you need and add 10-20watts for any furure upgrabes.

I just built a rig no less than 20 minutes ago using that TruePower 2.0 430. Seems great so far, it's very quiet. My rig is the same sans the x800xl and hdd. I'm using a Leadtek 6600gt and 200gb seagate, my mobo is also the standard Neo4, but I think it will definitely be enough for you.

I can`t buy the true power 2.0 version. Just the first version.
One more question: Is bluestorm quieter than true power?

The single fan (12cm) 400W Fortron Blue Storm would be quieter than the original Antec Truepower, which comes with two fans (1 X 9cm and 1 X 8cm).
