I have no idea where to go with this. Should I try to tailor it to what i think they would want to hear? Or can I just say some characteristic about myself? Are they looking for one single award?
 
This is a good way to shine! Have you done anything that you can feel really proud of? Eagle Scout? Reorganized company? They want to see that you can achieve something, so go ahead and tell them!

just be yourself, and be honest! Because if you lie, and they catch it, you're chances are pretty much nil
