I'm curious, what did the movie do to you to make you hate it so?

Nothing, I never saw the first one, but my reactions wouldn't be funny if I pretended to like it.

Also, it got panned by reviewers, IIRC.

Also, it ate children.

ah, I own it, and love it. something just to laugh at and not care.

Somewhere (CNN??) recently I read about the phenomenon described in the link above. It was theorized that we could create our own ice age if we fertilized a large enough area (something like one square mile) of the ocean with iron dust.
