Agree. For some stupid reason, the women aren't prosecuted as strongly as the men in these kinds of cases.

It's beyond double standard and is just plain stupid.

not everything is the same as everything else theres the issue of physical force. its hard to say a woman teacher is stronger then a teen boy. and the reprecussions of sex to a female teen is much more severe... pregancy and the health complications of young pregnancy/dangers of child birth/inability to care for resulting child emotionally/financially. when the teen is a male the burden of such things is on the adult woman. so no, its not the same.

Judging from the "sentances" from the last few cases, I'd say they already have. I don't expect older guys fvking underage girls to be anywhere near legal anytime soon though.
