What will it be used for?
Basic crap, Email, Web Browsing, maybe netflix, might run some 3rd part programs like a recipe program

Large Screen, as light as possible. Windows 7 preferred, HDD size doesnt matter, Resolution as high as possible.

He uses an android phone and tablet so it wont be a huge leap for him. Its cheap, Its not the biggest screen or lightest but its decent.
