Can't decide between these. They are all using the Micron D9 chips I am almost positive. Going into a E6600/eVGA 680i/8800 GTX build, high overclocking in mind on air. Going to be ordering today so any suggestions would be great. (Buffalo is out of stock @ Newegg)

I want to say Crucial, but the price begs otherwise. I'd say go for the Patriot.

Also, are you sure the Corsair XMS are D9? They've had a nasty habit of starting out D9 then switching to other IC manufacturers...
