BULLSHIT.
LOL @ the toblerone bar
I find the easiest way to kill a spider and be extra sure is to very slowly move my finger towards it, then squish it in one fast action. Trying to use an object can sometimes miss and make it run off. Burning the house down does not guarantee it got away before it died. So if you kill it with your very own hands you can watch it's death and be 100% sure that it is indeed, dead. Be sure to wash your hands after.![]()
Some big spiders can be a little gross especially if you can actually feel a crunch.
LOL that was awesome, and OMG that's a huge spider. Makes me glad I live in the north. I'd hate to see the kind of spider webs that thing can make, imagine running into that.
I don't get why he did not just whack it with something though. I guess that takes the fun out of it.
This is about as big as spiders will get here:
Well there are dock spiders too, those things are probably as big as in the video.
He was so scared in the beginning, moving too slowly with the container. He finally went for it. Good job!
But wouldn't you poke a hole through the spider if the specimen is as big as the one in the video?
Why did he not simply burn his house down?![]()
My wife was watching over my shoulder and asked "He knows the spider can see him, right?"
Like practically all spiders apart from the Uloboridae and some Liphistiidae and Holarchaeidae,[6] Sparassidae use venom to immobilise prey and to assist in digestion. They have been known to inflict defensive bites, but are not widely regarded as dangerous to healthy humans.
