Another *got a question* thread...

We have 3 controllers hooked up to the GameCube, and only No. 1 controller can do stuff. We also only see player 1 when walking around, and when fighting, we have no control over the other 2 players. So to sum up, only player 1 can walk, fight and what ever other things one can do in that game. Do you have to have all 4 controllers plugged in, even if only 3 are playing? I dunno, I'm really lost and I'm probably over-looking something totally basic, but can anyone please help me?

is it a multiplayer game?
put the controller that was in the player 1 port, into another port and put the controller in a non working port in the platyer 1 port. if it works then the controller is not bad

Yeah, it supports up to 4 players. Just tried your idea, and same thing. Once switched around only player 1 can move around, attack etc. etc.
