I think if you dig just a smidge on a bunch of these lunatics, this is probably about what you'd find out.
Do you think maybe Republicans have no idea how to judge the character of someone. Character... what a concept.

What is sickening is that Republicans will not punish this crap.
What is sickening to me is that the general electorate voted him into office. Democracy is supposed to be the political equivalent of what capitalism is supposed to be-where competition among parties with naturally conflicting positions results in the best results overall. Sadly it failed here.
Personally I lay at least equal blame on the opposing Democratic candidate here. There is tons of money floating around all federal level campaigns these days-maybe they should have spent some on opposition research and maybe, just maybe actually used the results.
It shows a couple things. How do they keep finding these people? Like, it’s genuinely hard to find a 40-something blank slate lizard-skinned chameleon with a fungible bio that can hold up to basic scrutiny over a standard campaign period. Somehow Republicans found at least 3 in this Congress alone.
Oddly enough, I don't see the lying, molesting, grooming, pedophiles coming from the Dems.It shows a couple things.
1) The death of independent local media
2) The unwillingness of partisans to critically evaluate people in their "tribe."
Democrats tend to be much less tribal/partisan than republicans.Oddly enough, I don't see the lying, molesting, grooming, pedophiles coming from the Dems.
I have a strong preference for Democrats. Not because it's part of my tribe, but because they are not lying, horrible people willing to pass legislation that fucks over the vast majority of Americans for personal gain.
ftfyDemocrats tend to be much less tribal/partisan/fascist than republicans.
You can blame gerrymandering for this one, Davidson county ( Nashville) used to be totally in that district, then republicans gerrymandered it into 3 districts with heavily republican rural areas added. That district was reliably democrat until republicans “fixed” it.What is sickening to me is that the general electorate voted him into office. Well yeah but have you considered both sides are basically the same?Oddly enough, I don't see the lying, molesting, grooming, pedophiles coming from the Dems.

Don't you know - Republicans really care about ethics* - just look at the Atlanta DA/Trump indictment thread. What is sickening is that Republicans will not punish this crap.
