From DJ Newswire (sorry, no link possible)...
WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--Intel Corp. (INTC) said Monday that it received an inquiry in June from the Korea Fair Trade Commission requesting documents from the company's Korean unit.
According to a quarterly report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Santa Clara, Calif., computer chip and microprocessor maker said the inquiry relates to marketing and rebate programs that Intel entered into with Korean personal computer manufacturers.
Intel said it's cooperating with the investigation and expects that the matter will be "acceptably resolved."
The SEC filing didn't provide further information on the investigation
That makes Japan, the EU, and now Korea...I wonder if the US FTC will follow suit?
