Apple unleashed yet another lawsuit involving naming rights today. As if stealing iPhone and ios from cisco systems wasn't enough, Apple is now out to topple one of America's favorite breakfast spots, IHOP.

Apple has filed patents for a yet to be revealed product that they're hoping to call the "iHOP". Speculation is that it is going to be some sort of spring shoe device allowing kids to jump upwards of 8 feet into the air while listening to their favorite songs through integrated bluetooth headsets connected to the iHOP device.
