Another firewall question

Again, I am a complete firewall novice. I am using nVidia's firewall, for which there is no good manual. There is a graphical representation of the firewall that has red and green arrows and percentages. What do these mean?

I'm not sure never used that software but it sounds like maybe it's the traffic allowed (green) and traffic blocked (red).
