When I saw this one, it twisted the needle clean off my bizarre meter.

Yup, really disgusting and really old news. This one came out about 3weeks ago. I thnk more personality screening and background checks, clear back to childhood, need to be done on new teachers. :|

That thought is so narrow minded....

why don't we just set up a program for DNA screening before their born...nip it right in the bud....

oh yea, why limit it to new teachers...experienced teachers otta have the same yoke tied around their necks too...

there is a pretty big difference between DNA screening which can tell you what "future" actions might happen, and backround checks which show actions that have happened. I do hope you realise this.
 
Those kids are going to have some serious emotional issues from that.

It's one thing for a teacher to bang a 16 year old. It's completely different thing to perform oral sex on a 9 year old. And the wrist slashing? WTF indeed.

Hope there's a good shrink in the area.

I never said it was an automatic. But your chances of developing...issues...later in life because of it are a lot higher. Also, it's one thing to play "doctor" with a couple other kids your age and having experiences that way. It's a completely different one to have an adult, and a person that is supposed to be in a position of respect do it to you.
