another excel question

user a creates spreadsheet1 on pc1 and page breaks and everything are set and spreadsheet is perfect. user a saves it to network drive.
user b opens spreadsheet1 on pc2 from network drive. page breaks are all fvcked up.

wtf is the problem? shouldn't everything look the same on both pcs? both users are using the same version of excel. i can't figure this out for the life of me. i can't see any difference in the excel program settings.

Different printer? I always had to be careful making spreadsheets because we used a Phaser 850 and my boss had a color Laserjet - the margins were different enough that what printed on one page for me, printed on two for him.

this is with print preview, haven't even printed yet.
so the printer could still make it look different? i don't understand how. it should print it the same way....they're both hp inkjet printers but different models.

It doesn't matter that it hasn't been printed... it is reformatted to be printed on the default printer when the document is opened.

Check to see if both printer default page configurations have the same dimensions (page dimensions, margins, etc).

everything is the same for margins and borders and all that stuff. like i said, i cannot find a setting to show any difference.

Have you tried going to "View" -> "Page Break Preview"?

Once you have Page Break Preview, you can see where the breaks are and then readjust accordingly. Dunno if that is what you are referring to.
