Its so BS I skimmed through it they talk about people stealing secret designs and crap, i look at their products its a buncha coolers and stuff and ram...common..we all know u just order premade parts from japan or china and just have them "branded".

Since when do their poor ass employees have the money to start their own memory company. If OCZ' shady business practices are any indicator, this memory company could be the next Rambus! :Q

Yeah, this was in general hardware a while back.

During negotiations with Noble Computers, an employee, operating out of a remote sales office in Grandby , Colorado , made an offer to purchase the domains from both organizations. This offer was declined. Unknown to us at the time, he was also allegedly in the process of opening a new memory company.

For one, it's spelled "Granby", and there are no computer stores there. Unless they're running it out of the town's gas station - which is pretty much the only business there. Oh, there's a KFC/Taco Bell, too. :p
