Another eBay thread

I specifically stated in auction details that whoever wins must have a verified Paypal account and a confirmed ship to address otherwise I will not send it.

Someone won the phone and their account is not verified nor is there a confirmed ship to address. They've already sent Paypal funds.

Is it okay to just refund the full amount explaining that I cannot ship to an unverified/unconfirmed ship to address or will I be penalized? Is there anyway the buyer could possibly screw me if I refund all the money anyhow?

If the buyer isn't verified, will Paypal still freeze the funds?


I would refund it if it was me. Way too much craziness in Ebay/Paypal Land to mess around with that.

Thanks rudeguy. Will do. I agree and this is why I'm extremely cautious with anything not verified or playing by the book to the T. I guess I will try locally with CL. Ebay sucks

I would refund it if it was me. Way too much craziness in Ebay/Paypal Land to mess around with that.
