another eBay thread: Any recourse for non-shipping sellers?

I already posted about this auction, but the guy has a cocky attitude and outright ignores my emails. He felt the need to submit a non-paying bidder notice on me, despite the fact that i paypaled him already.

I've forwarded him the email 4 times now with a receipt from paypal, but he doesn't answer me. Is there a non-shipping seller notice i can submit on him? I don't want to resort to negative feedback, but in my entire history of ebaying, this has been the worst!

Contact eBay and tell them what he is doing. He can get in trouble for filing false NPB alerts...When you contact eBay, just look for the category "Problems with a Seller"....

i emailed eBay. Sometimes the negligence of these "power sellers" kills me.
