Another eBay Rant

Yes guys its another ebay rant, sorry. Here goes....
This guy bid on an item I was selling. The auction says twice that I accept PayPal only unless previous arrangments have been made. After auction ends, I recieve an email from him asking my address to send me a money order. I reply by saying "In order to pay with a Money Order (even though it said PayPal only in the auction), you would have to wait 14 days so funds clear until I ship it to you. If this is alright with you, send me an email back telling me that's ok." This morning I get an email back from him saying "damn, sorry I realy didnt see that, but I guess I have no choice but I dont mind waiting 14 days".

WTF? Do people not read the auction in full before they bid? This guy is almost asking if he could bid on a PS2 box for ~$200 or whatever. I wouldnt put it past him if he bid on that.

Think back when the PS2 just came out. People were selling the boxes (box only, no PS2 included) and it would go for $250+. I wouldnt put it past this guy if he bid on one of those thinking its not just the box.
