He paid through paypal, but his address is unconfirmed. I packaged his items (2 sticks of rambus ram) and was ready to ship it out until the fedex guy said "that zip code does not exist." He offered to give me the adjusted zip, but the numbers were totally different from the address that was on paypal.
...So I decided to hold off on shipping the item and confirm with the buyer. I e-mailed him Monday and Tuesday (one through hotmail, and one through E-bay just in case) but he hasn't responded.
I know that he paid, and I have to give him his product, but I don't want the package to be lost in the mail, or get accused of sending it to the wrong place.
I don't know the protocol of E-bay too well, except that it is still my responsibility to ship to an unconfirmed address. But what about the non-existing ones?
