Another drawback to Asus A8N-SLI Premium

I wanted to overclock my memory alone since it's capable but to my supprise I found out this board A8N-SLI Premium does not allow it. Lame 'you know what' DFI does support it and oh mighty Asus can't? I'm very disappointed to say the least, after 25+ Asus mobos in the last 3 years.

The post you linked is for a "Deluxe", not a "Premium" - they are different boards.

Why don't you check out the benefits with just RAM overclocked leaving the CPU and the rest of the system at default...
