You know how when you get a book from amazon it's shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard in the box so that it arrives with zero damage? I got a large softcover textbook from B&N this week and no shrink wrap. As such the cover is creased and some of the pages all bent in weird ways, permanently.

OK, here's a second difference: For some reason this textbook cost way less on B&N, which is why I got it ;)

Still, I would have paid a buck to shrink wrap the damn thing.

I didn't say this thread was entertaining. Sorry :D
