I ordered a copier, found cheaper dell called in 10 minutes later and e-mailed as well to cancel order and they said they will. I just checked, I been charged and it has been shipped. I thought if I call them and complain would get some discount and got nothing not even return shipping label. PAB maybe wanna share some of your dell contacts

How did it ship?

Of if that's not an option, call Dell back after receiving the copy machine (you should order the HP D135 BTW) and ask for an RMA # along with a free prepaid return shipping label.

it shipped UPS ground from Ingram warehouse in IL, but customer service rep said if I refuse the package it goes back to Ingram and will take really long time for me to get credit for it.

Ok, if he's not home to tell the delivery guy to take it back, you can call most major shippers and ask them to RTS it when it gets to the next hub.

Refuse it anyways. Let UPS take it back. As my previous post said, ask them to put an RTS label on it and send it back to ingram.

Then call your CC company and put the charge in dispute if Dell has not adjusted the charges accordingly when it comes time to pay the bill. What card is it on?

*sigh* Ok. As many times as I say that debit cards should NOT be used for online purchases for this EXACT reason, I'm going to put the lecture aside for now.

I cant help you here.
